The Dripping Springs percussion section offers students a comprehensive musical experience. During the fall semester we primarily focus on marching percussion and performing with the marching band. Near the end of the fall and throughout the spring semester we shift gears to concert band playing, chamber music performances, and solo literature during the spring semester. 

Our students have the opportunity to learn about and perform a wide variety of musical styles each school year. Most importantly using music/percussion as our medium, we partner with our families to teach integrity, teamwork, discipline, creativity, social-skills, and problem solving to our students.
